Staff did not seem to be putting in effort in like chasing references . Repetitive emails being sent showing that the responses had not been acknowledge. Asked for the same documents even when I worked incredibley hard to provide this. I found staff not being not helpful like other agents I have had previously who worked hard to get the complaince sorted.
To answer below they did not do this. I asked about references and messaged the referees myself, copied in your staff. I have email from a staff sending out blank forms without dates and information, info is needed like the jobs for which they were requested,; like consultants would know which job and dates they are for. The effort level is very low. The same list of documents were sent the staff when most or all were provided, was unapologetic. I had provided all of them and was waiting to pay for the DBS check. I have exact same emails being sent to me again and again by the lady wether its your filing system I do not know. This defensive attitude is unacceptable. Your other staff have had excellent review.. Doctors work incredbily hard, I cannot see a good service such not acknowledge when i raised the issue as you are doing now. Vulcan Healthcare supplies doctors into UK hospitals and is required to comply with strict framework, client and portal compliance requirements. The documents requested from you are not optional or being requested unnecessarily; they are required to ensure your file meets the standards necessary for us to represent you for work.
Where additional documentation has been requested, this is because the information held does not satisfy a particular requirement for submission. We will not knowingly forward an incomplete file simply to avoid requesting further evidence, as this risks the doctor being rejected by the relevant portal or client.
We also strongly reject the suggestion that members of our team are “not putting in effort.” Our staff have spent considerable time progressing your registration, requesting the evidence required and attempting to obtain the necessary references. It is therefore particularly disappointing to see individual members of staff publicly criticised for carrying out the compliance duties required of them.
Healthcare recruitment is highly regulated, and these standards cannot be waived because a candidate finds the process frustrating. Any reputable agency supplying doctors into UK hospitals will be required to undertake robust compliance checks before representing a doctor for work.
We welcome genuine feedback and complaints and deal with them seriously. However, we also expect concerns to be raised fairly and respectfully, without making unfounded comments about individual employees simply because they are enforcing mandatory compliance requirements.
